Privacy policy

Maker Agent is an internal product-builder operated by ED3N Ventures for use by its team and workspace. This policy explains what Maker Agent collects when you use it, why, and where it’s stored.

• Account identity— when you sign in with Google, we receive your workspace email address, display name, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We don’t receive or store your Google password.
• What you build — prompts, ideas, and content you enter (research briefs, PRDs, design direction, chat messages, uploaded documents/screenshots) to drive the pipeline, plus the generated output (markdown artifacts, design screens, generated code, images, and video).
• Usage records — sign-in timestamps and counts, and metered generation events (image/video renders) used for internal cost accounting.

• Account records, project ownership, and usage receipts live in an internal MongoDB database.
• Generated projects, design artifacts, and most uploaded/generated media are written to local disk on the Maker Agent server.
• Research documents you upload before a project exists are stored in a private AWS S3 bucket, scoped to your account.

Sign-in uses Google OAuth, restricted to our Workspace domain. Building your project routes your prompts and project context to third-party AI model providers (via our internal orchestrator) so they can generate research, designs, and code. We don’t sell any data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Your account and project data are retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable backup window, and are accessible only to you and Maker Agent administrators for support and maintenance. Deleting a project removes its on-disk artifacts; contact an administrator to request full account deletion.
